- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

- Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping:

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
